"I was having a metal roof installed by a local builder when he suddenly walked off the job. The roofing was 3/4 completed and I was having trouble finding someone willing to finish someone else's work. Paul returned my email request for help while he was on vacation. He inventoried the materials on site, had to order additional panels and had a crew ready to work. The roof was completed, the mistakes from the builder corrected and the finished product is great. "This is the guy who came through for me after almost 3 years of trying to get the work done. Having been let down by numerous other builders - unreturned phone calls, contracts ignored, cancellations after months of waiting, communication abruptly ending - you name it and I experienced it. My 80’s era house had failed windows, siding cracked and falling off, a rotting front stoop, rotting stairs, non-functional exterior lights and more issues. "Paul and his crew at Encore definitely went above and beyond on my new addition/ renovation. This project came with a lot of challenges due to it's remote location and relatively poor condition and Paul never batted an eye. He and all his folks always seemed to be working full speed and always with a smile on their face. Not only was the workmanship excellent, but I was kept in the loop continuously with what work was going to be completed and when - and most surprisingly, they contacted me immediately whenever there might be a slight delay or any question as to what I might prefer if there were options.
